 Rehabilitar Viana Since 2017, with great passion, we have been rehabilitating the historic center of our wonderful city.

 We are concerned with thermal and acoustic issues, always prioritizing the construction of outdoor spaces whenever possible and giving priority to the maximum use of natural light.

We are concerned with designing buildings in harmony with the general framework of the city, where the units are built and planned according to the streets, thus achieving harmony with the city, as can be seen by the more than 22 Rehabilitated Buildings, thus managing to give new life to the historic center with the 82 units already completed and inhabited.

We are proud of the compliments that are frequently given to us by our customers, demonstrating their satisfaction with the acquired property, which we have refurbished, highlighting the thermal and acoustic quality and functional interiors where nothing is overlooked
